Plants with green leafs are essential in the detoxification process and help at the purification of the organism. Dr. Robert Morse in his book ” The detox miracle sourcebook” recommends some combinations of aliments to get the best results. In this post I wanted to use one of his combinations to create a healthy and accessible salad. The combination is: carrots, red cabbage and parsley. The recipe is easy, the preparation time is only 15 minutes and is very healthy. The salad can be eaten at any time of the day and can replace a meal.

This way you can have your daily ratio of vitamins and minerals with low calories cost. ^^

5 Ingredient salad

Ingredients:

8 leafs of salad washed and dried

4 leafs of red cabbage

2 carrots

1/2 an onion

one greek yoghurt

2 leafs of parsley

Try to avoid using different commercial salad sauces even if are delicious because it can affect your health and silhouette.
If you can’t help it try to replace them with decreased mayonnaise, cream, yoghurt, mustard and vinegar in combination with different ingredients as a dressing.

  1. I always have a fruit smoothie and salad after my evening yoga classes. I never thought of putting yogurt on the salad (I usually throw on feta and balsamic vinegar), but somehow yogurt seems like it belongs right after yoga. I’ll have to think about it some.

    I have communicated with Naijayarnz in the last hour or two for clarification on the possible embedded data from your post. He has some problems with his system and I really can’t tell if they have anything to do with your files…you may want to check things over if you haven’t already.   4. The surprise for me is ‘Greek yoghurt’. That is what I eat in the UK but in Romania the yoghurt made in the countryside (from unpasteurised milk) or made, very simply, at home from milk bought from countryside people in the market (or even lapte batuta – ‘curds and whey’ in English though that is pretty much a thing of nursery rhymes now ), was far better. It’s pretty much impossible for people to buy unpasteurised milk here, unless they live near to a friendly dairy farm. Have EU regulations now made it impossible in Romania too?
