Go for it

Ramona Crisstea - Go for itRamona Crisstea - Go for it2

It was such a beautiful day. Even the pigeons were so happy. They were flying tirelessly behind me while I was photographed. Everyone was enjoying the sunshine. Today was a very warm Autumn day. It seemed like Spring was coming.

Maybe everything started to be perfect because of this quote that I found the other days. I really dared to wear a skirt today and the weather was on my side. The choice was perfect.

After today I thought that everything was so clear. Everything comes from us, how we can perceive the day. If we think that today was perfect and we are eager for the next day a lot of factors work in our favor. This could be a healthy approach on a long term for a good personal development.

Very well said. If your favorite sweater must be worn with a skirt, do it, even if is Autumn. Nothing should ever stop us. There are plenty of solutions. We must take advantage of what make us happy and in this case to wear something that we love.

What do you think about this outfit? Did you know that those shoes were created by me. Not the whole shoes but in two days I managed to attach that cord and make them look like this. It seemed like a very simple idea that I have to apply it again on another pair of my stilettos. And with this occasion I thought to wear this nice sweater from Yoins that looked great with both the shoes and a burgundy leather skirt.

  1. Your hairdo makes you look even younger, and youthful, and playful. Why? Because we associate it with small girls. People will see you that way and amplify that energy.
But should people’s minds attach to the approach and everybody starts doing that, the association will change and the magic vanishes. Then we realize that it is being ourselves that carries the magic. Only by being ourselves can we discover ourselves.

  2. Those are positive thoughts.. and the best way to stay sane. Not to say that we shouldn’t learn from the past.. but definitely, we should not dwell and live in the past! 🙂

Love the sweater/skirt combo.. way too cold for that in the Netherlands, but if you can still manage.. go for it! Great job on the DIY stilettos, btw! 🙂

  3. Hey, Ramona! Is the sweater patterned after any historical style? It evokes for me the fringe on Native American jackets, which is reinforced by your hair style. I must admit that the outfit baffles me with its thermodynamic contradictions. You look like you don’t have a care in the world, or maybe you’re just trying to figure out whether you’re happy that the top is warming you or the skirt is cooling you. In the end, though, my confusion only makes your joyfulness more compelling.

    Maybe it’s a good thing that I had sons…

    • The sweater gives me also the same impression. Maybe that is why I liked it.
Overall with the sweater and the skirt I was feeling warm-ish!
Thank you and have a great weekend!

  4. Thanks for “liking” / following my Small Business blog. My first reaction is “life” to your “Go for it” page; so full of energy and motion, it was a nice change of pace from blogs that can be dreary & just full of info (mine included sometimes). And while you might expect that most guys would look at your legs first, it was the sweater’s colors, swirls and frills that caught my eye. I don’t know much about fashion but there seemed to be a message of changing seasons with the sweater flowing over the skirt, and enjoying life no matter what the new season or new day brings.
